I'm Irfan Ahmad a Senior Software Engineer and Technical Team Lead at LMKR in Lahore, Pakistan. I lead the production support and development team behind the Land Administration & Management Portal (LAMP), a digital land records platform rolled out across Punjab for the Government of Punjab — owning architecture, client & stakeholder engagement, field training, and 24/7 reliability of a mission critical system.

Over the past several years I've delivered software across CRM, marketplaces, accounting and now large scale government systems for companies including LMKR, SELTEQ, Abeer Integrated Solutions and Ewiglife. Today I lead a production support and development team on Punjab's Land Administration & Management Portal, owning everything from microservices architecture and API integrations to system stability and mentoring. I care about clean, scalable code, high availability, and shipping software that makes a real difference to citizens.
Backend engineering with ASP.NET Core, C# & Clean Architecture; microservices & event driven systems ,gRPC, Kafka, Redis, MongoDB; real time features with SignalR; API integrations (NADRA, biometric, SMS, payment gateways); containerization with Docker; and production support in high availability environments alongside technical leadership and mentoring.
My role goes well beyond code I keep a mission critical, province wide system running and the people around it aligned.
Lead the team that keeps LAMP live 24/7 — incident management, production deployments, monitoring APIs and services, and troubleshooting complex application and database issues in a high availability environment where downtime isn't an option.
Guide a combined development and support team: driving architecture and design decisions, reviewing work, mentoring engineers, and making sure the team delivers with quality, ownership and consistency.
Work directly with government departments, the Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) and business teams — running client meetings, demoing the platform, gathering requirements, and translating them into critical business deliverables.
Deliver hands on training on the new digital land processes to Punjab Land Record staff province-wide — running sessions across districts throughout Punjab (Lodhran, Okara, Sahiwal and Nankana Sahib,Rawalpindi, Chakwal, Gujranwala, Lahore and other districts) to prepare teams on the ground to adopt the system confidently.

A large scale government platform for the Government of Punjab (PULSE project, with the Punjab Land Records Authority) managing land records, ownership, parcels, surveys, fees and workflows. Built on a microservices architecture with GIS based Green Parcel verification, NADRA & biometric identity checks, SMS/OTP, payment gateways for challan generation, and role based security for high volume transactions. I lead the production support and development team, led the migration of a large scale monolith to a microservices architecture, and drove the Green Property Certificate go live.
